CPD Sergeant Indicted In Bathroom Videotape Case

CLEVELAND - A Cleveland police sergeant is facing criminal charges after he was accused of secretly videotaping women.

The grand jury indictment against Sgt. Timothy Richissin includes charges ranging from voyeurism to tampering with evidence.

Richissin is a 27-year veteran in the Cleveland Police Department. He is charged with wiring up a hidden camera and secretly videotaping women.

The camera was allegedly placed in a bathroom at a private business that Richissin operated.

A female employee found the video on a flash drive at work, police said.
